All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note: - During launches, sales, or high order volume, processing times may be extended. 

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed once the package leaves our hands. We are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as shipped
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
